I'm Here!!!

mommy went to bed on Tuesday (October 14th) feeling great, tired of course but otherwise great. she woke up around 1 am with a upset stomach that would keep her up all night. by 5 am she had contacted dr. goldstein, since her upset stomach turned into back pains that were 3 minutes apart! the doc wanted her to wait until later that morning to come into the office, thinking that it may be false labor. mommy took a shower and went back to bed around 5:30 am, but noticed that she was now having pains in her belly 5 minutes apart. she was going to wait until this went on for an hour (as per instructions by the doc) to call again. but by 6 am her water broke, a sure sign that i was on my way very soon.

mommy and daddy went to the hospital and after a morning spent together with many doctors and nurses, they were finally ready to bring me into this world. on Wednesday October 15th, 2008 at 2:30 in the afternoon, i finally joined my mommy and daddy! i was a big boy weighing 7 pounds 12 ounces and 21 inches long. all the doctors and nurses were amazed at how red my hair was, and so are mommy and daddy.

they are very grateful to the staff at Morristown Memorial Hospital for taking good care of them and me. every moment since then has been a blessing!
